Holly is a seasoned consultant and coach with over fifteen
years of experience in relationship management, product
development, mentoring and coaching, having worked in
both large corporate environments at Citigroup and
Deutsche Bank, and entrepreneurial settings at BTIG and
the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Holly started in Emerging Markets at Salomon Smith
Barney (Citi) in the Sales and Trading Analyst Program and
worked at Citi for 10 years serving high profile institutional
clients across fixed income with a focus on credit across
the capital structure. During the credit crisis she created
innovative solutions that served the changing needs of her
client base and the firm, specializing in developing
emerging business opportunities with clients new to the
credit arena. Notably, Holly was selected to participate in
the first Citi Markets VP Development Program.
Holly joined BTIG to source and trade investment-grade
and high yield bonds without committing the firm’s capital in
a time of market dislocation. The entrepreneurial spirit of
the firm and Holly’s ability to innovate led to new sources of
revenue and a growing client list for BTIG.
At Deutsche Bank Holly covered institutional asset
managers, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds. As the
market landscape shifted she created new opportunities for
Rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodities and all European
products by focusing on institutionalizing her strong
relationships in the credit space. As a result, she was
selected to participate in the firm’s Directors’ Leadership
Development & Mentorship Program.
As Head of Sales at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition
Holly coached her team to high performance with resulting
gains in lead conversion and response times. She was
responsible for creating the firm’s first remote call center
Holly has been actively involved in recruiting, mentoring
and training programs at Citi, BTIG, DB and IIN, including
efforts devoted to recruiting and retaining women. She was
also an active member of the Georgetown University
Holly is a Career Counselor at NYU’s Wasserman Center
for Career Development and helps undergraduate and
graduate students with the transition into the job market.
She shares her leadership and goal setting workshops with
the Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project in rural India.
Holly graduated from Georgetown University’s School of
Foreign Service with a BS in Science, Technology and
International Affairs, and a minor in Biology.
A native New Yorker, Holly resides in Manhattan with her
husband and son.
